ALANNA SCHNORRBUSCH

About Alanna:
I am Alanna Schnorrbusch, and I attend Stockton University, where I study communication media production and minor in digital studies. My artistic influences stem from the aesthetics and media of past decades, particularly vintage advertisements, early internet graphics, 2000s web design, and retro packaging that evoke comfort and nostalgia.
Back in 2018, I created a YouTube video essay about Toys "R" Us going out of business, which unexpectedly got 200,000+ views within one month. Even though I was still young myself, that moment inspired me to continue exploring nostalgic storytelling. From there, I have gained 45,000+ subscribers and 20,000+ followers on TikTok with various viral videos. Tools such as Figma, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop have been used to help obtain those accomplishments.
Looking ahead, I hope to expand my creative reach by working in digital media production, where I can continue pushing out content that sparks emotion and connection through memories. My goal is to use nostalgia as a creative bridge to remind audiences of where we've been while inspiring ways to appreciate the past through modern media.
